hi - small efficiency for rent - perfect for one person. 2 blocks to the beach. located in small quiet 4 unit complex. unit has covered patio area and place to park. we need someone who can take care of small repairs by themselves, and also take care of their part of the yard (mower is on the premises) - as we are up in boston. room has small kitchenette (cooktop but no stove)and bathroom with shower no tub. unit is in the process of being cleaned and painted, and will be available for August 1. one cat is okay. one small dog okay (dog must be approved by us) we require first month rent plus security deposit of 500.00. rent includes water and trash removal. 50.00 non-refundable pet deposit. anyone with a dog must get liability insurance (comes with renter's insurance for about 150.00 per year) please email with any questions, or for directions so you can do a drive by (tenant is not leaving until 7/15)to see if you are interested. thanks for reading our post!
