Pet qualifications - We only allows 2 pet per household. No aggressive breeds, no Pit-Bulls, Rottweilers, Huskies, Wolf Hybrids, Bull mastiffs, German-Sheppard, Akitas, Chows, Doberman, and/or any mixes and must be under 40lbs at adult stage, Full vaccine records must be current, picture of pet required. $300 (non-refundable) initial fee & $35 pet rent.
