There are actually 2 separate rooms you can choose from, so we can discuss which works best for you. Each room is $1000 per room rent amount, but negotiable if renting 2 of the rooms. You will also have your own private bathroom and shower. Includes arcade games, slot machines and ping pong table. We also have a Koi Pond in the back with fish in it. Driveway or street parking is available. A fun place to call home, escape, and enjoy games as well as be entertained. Never a dull moment. Reach out if you think this might work for you.
