Hi,I will be subletting my room, from a 2BR and 2.5 bathroom apartment, from May 1st to June 24th. The apartment will be unfurnished since I have already moved out, and my roommate will move out on May 13th. He will not be subletting his room, so in theory, for the price of 1BR, you should get a 2BR apartment by yourself. This apartment is a 5 minute drive to the University of Richmond. The price is non-negiotable at $675/month and does not include utilities. We have Comcast, of which could be cancelled, with high-speed internet and TV service for $70/month. Other utilities include gas, electricity, and water. Overall, my roommate and I would spend roughly $100 each to pay all utilities. The apartment includes two parking spots right in front. Other amenities that are included are: the clubhouse of the Estates of Horsepen (lounge room, modern gym, free coffee, billiards table, fuse ball table, business rooms, conference room, cinema lounge) and the large pool. Rent is due by the first of the month, and since the period is quite short, I would expect a full upfront payment. If you have any other questions, let me know and I should be quick to respond.Cheers,JulianSublet 1BR of a 2BR townhouse from May 1st to June 24th, rent does not include utilities. Roommate will leave on May 13, and is not subletting.
