Our condo is warm-toned, comfortable, and very cozy. Everything is in one room, with a lovely balcony at one end, a full bathroom on the side, and even a laundry area tucked behind the kitchen! Economical in its use of space, it never feels cluttered, and it's got everything you need for a great vacation. The main attraction is the balcony, which extends out toward the treetops, with a covering to shield against the hottest sun. You have a lush, tropical view here, and we've fitted it with a grill, table, and chairs for casual dining. This is the place you'll linger over your morning coffee and your evening wine, enjoying the balmy air, listening to the distant murmur of the waves, and soaking in the Florida sunshine. And if you should try your hand at fishing, you just might be cooking the catch of the day! Just inside from the sliding glass doors to the patio is our sleeping area, with a cozy king-sized bed. The views from this bed are amazing, and if you leave the blinds open one night, you'll feel as though you're in a treehouse! (It's also a great way to catch a glimpse of the colorful sunrise.) Ultra-comfortable, it's surrounded by windows. You'll want to retire early and sleep late in this bed! Opposite the bed is a folding table for dining in or working on the laptop (you have complimentary wireless Internet at Summer Place 671). It's also just the right size for a quick game of gin rummy and makes a nice place to spread out the brochures for all the sightseeing attractions you want to visit. There is so much to see and do! Beyond the sleeping area is our living room, with a very restful couch and easy chair, facing a big TV with DVD player. In one corner of this room is a tabletop and chair beneath a large mirror, suitable for use as a desk or a vanity. For a studio, Summer Place 671 offers a lot of usable spaces! The galley-style kitchen is adjacent to the living area, and you'll appreciate the convenience and facilities in this room. A breakfast bar doubles as a serving hatch, while full-size appliances and plenty of cupboards ensure that you have what you need to prepare and serve just about anything. In a side room, the refrigerator is tucked beside the washer and dryer. It's all here at Summer Place 671 -- from cookware and dishes down to utensils and glassware. All you need is groceries! And speaking of convenient, Summer Place 671 comes complete with all the fresh linen, blankets, pillows, and towels you need. It's a quick-and-easy getaway, fully equipped for a great beach and golf vacation. We've tried to think of everything you need to make your stay comfortable and catered! Of course, the best part of Summer Place 671 is its location. Ponte Vedra is convenient to both Jacksonville and St. Augustine, a sleepy beach town known for golf and luxury spas and resorts. The beach here is heavenly, the pace slow, the scenery beautiful.
