There is easy assess the the highways for trips to the mountains on the weekneds. The Unit is located on the 2nd floor. The living room recieves a lot of light in the morning which is great for plants. The rooms are cozy and dark in comparaison. The complex has a pool that opens around Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends. The umit has Central AC and heating, comes with a Smart TV, which may be used to login to your streaming subscriptions. There Stacked washer and dryer in unit, as well as coevered parking space. Lease will set for 12 months with the possibility for montly extensions. Base rent includes water and garbage fees. The tenant will be resposible for internet and electric fees. The landlord will cover other HOA fees and assessments. The Landlord allows pets on the Property.
