This house does come fully furnished with its own tvs, dressers, beds, and mattresses. This is a great place to be for those who are needing to save up more money and/or don't have the luxury to afford their own things at the moment for their start up independence. Only the first floor is being rented and it does have its own entrance and privacy. No one from the 2nd floor would be allowed to enter.
