You can easily rent this house out for the same price as your monthly housing payments. Since it is close to Fresno State, Fresno City College, Fresno Pacific University, and the University of Phoenix, college students would really appreciate living here. You can park 9 large vehicles on this property and still have room for motorcycles, quads, dune buggies, etc. There is an additional 10 x 12 storage shed on the property to handle any overflow items. As our children grew so did our hobbies and toys. The finished 3-car garage has been a great "spare" room for toys and activities.
