Since purchasing the home in 2019 we added insulation in all the exterior walls and the attic, replaced almost all of the windows except for the ones in the sun room, two tiny ones in the living room, and the historic stained glass dining room window, purchased a new washer, put in a new HVAC system (2021) that includes an electric heat pump and new gas furnace with a HEPA filter, replaced the back door, and added cellular shade window coverings to most of the windows (blackout shades in the bedrooms).
