The homeowner will be responsible for normal repairs and maintenance resulting from ordinary wear and tear or mechanical breakdowns. However, any damage or repairs caused by negligence, misuse, or actions of the tenant, household members, or guests will be the responsibility of the tenant. This home is being offered below current market rental rates because my goal is to provide a comfortable, affordable place for the right tenant to truly feel at home.
