A slightly unusual rental situation, but hopefully one which will suit just the right person! The house is on a quiet, tree-lined street an easy five-minute walk from Main St with all its shops and restaurants. It has three bedrooms total, two of which would be for your exclusive use (while I am gone you are welcome to use the third room, my room, as a guest bedroom, although it wouldn't be suitable for a full-time roommate; if you would be comfortable letting me visit for 3-4 days a year, this would be amazing, but is not essential), one full bath with tub, one bath with shower, a large eat-in kitchen (with dishwasher), separate dining room, living room, and a spare room in the finished basement (I am using another room in the basement for my own storage). Washer/dryer also in basement. A nice porch for sitting on in the warmer months, and it's on a corner lot so there's plenty of room to stretch out in summer. Ideal candidates should be above all responsible and respectful. While the house has been recently updated and is in good condition, it's still a hundred year old house on a quiet street, so is definitely not a party spot. If your idea of a great night is having people over for board games, or a quiet night in with a book or movie, while still having plenty of access to both local parks and Toledo at large, this might be the place for you! [Note: Bedrooms are shown furnished, however they will be unfurnished by move-in. I'd planned to leave living room/kitchen furnishings in place, but this is negotiable.] The house features off-street parking with a 2 car garage (depending on the size of your cars!) plus driveway. Gas heating/electric A/C downstairs. You are welcome to bring in window a/c units for the upstairs. Tenants are responsible for utilities (gas, electric, water) and lawn/sidewalk maintenance (keeping the sidewalks clear of snow per Sylvania regulations in winter, keeping the lawn mowed during summer).
