Our private golf membership can be transferred to you (two people) so that you can golf for free, use our tennis courts, pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, driving range, golf course, Club house, dining room and games facilities. Rent for January 2027 for $15,500 for 31 days or February 2027 at $14,000 for 28 days plus 13% tax (State & Manatee County). Minimum rental period is 28 days. All utility costs are included. Our golf membership and access to all member facilities at our private club can be transferred to you (two people) for the duration of your stay. You golf for free, but pay for a power cart. We are a non-smoking, pet free residence.
