June 1-August 31: SEASONAL RENTAL This cute house is located on the golf course in a quiet and very safe neighborhood in the Pagosa Lakes area of Pagosa Springs. It has gorgeous sunsets out the large living room windows and many neighbors walking their dogs. The house is on .3 acres and the yard is not fenced. The neighborhood is in a "circle" with no outlet, so there is very little vehicle traffic. It is only a 5 minute drive to Wal-Mart and about 5 minutes to downtown Pagosa Springs. The house is 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The bathroom was recently completely remodeled. There is no bathtub- just one shower and one bathroom with only a toilet and sink. This house has been my home for the past 12 years and there have been consistent changes and upgrades. It is very cute and would be a great summer home for someone looking to enjoy beautiful Pagosa and have a peaceful retreat. All utilities (water, electricity, natural gas, internet, trash) are included in the price. There is a studio apartment above the garage that is rented out, but it has a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces. The lease is for about 3 months from June 1-August 31.
