S&K Rentals has been providing beautiful and convenient secure student rentals for IUP students. Located minutes away from campus on Indiana's downtown Philadelphia St and 7th st. Apartment buildings have reinforced front doors and camera's all over the building to provide students with extra security. Each unit also has it's own air conditioning to keep you cool on hot days in the summer. Both buildings has its own laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. Parking is available for added price, ask property manager. Rent for this unit starts out at $2500 per Semester if you have two students. Price is subjected to change if there is only one student. Wifi is included student only pays for electricity and potentially gas depending on which building you are located in. For more information or directions feel free to contact the property manager. Owner pays everything except Electricity and Gas depending on which building your located in. Wifi also included in both buildings. No PETS allowed. Semester leases offered but a better deal is given if you sign for the entire year. Parking available upon request and fee payment.
