Includes a high chair and crib for convenience for traveling with kiddos. The Second Floor ~ A separate entrance in the back of the house takes you to this darling apartment. ~ Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer & dryer, and dedicated work space ~ Large bedroom with seating area and views of the Wasatch Range of Mountains ~ One dedicated parking spot behind house with additional free street parking ** These units can be rented individually or all together ** Additional storage space can be provided in the basement for longer stays. Animals are NOT allowed in the lower unit at all. Dogs may be permitted in the upper unit on a case-by-case consideration. The air duct systems are separate between the two units. Fully furnished, linens and all utilities are included. Our home is available for short or mid-term rentals. Summer rates (listed) are lower than winter rates. Feel free to message us about what you are looking for. This home has two units; upstairs and main level. They can be rented separately or together. Timing is flexible also. Winter-long lease preferred :) or longer. However, this is flexible. There is a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee and a refundable deposit in addition to monthly rent. Animals are NOT allowed in the lower unit/ first floor. We do allow animals (on a case-by-case situation) in the upstairs unit ONLY. The air ducts (heating & cooling) are separate, so no pet dander will affect those in the main floor unit. No smoking or vaping in the home.
