Love this apartment but my wife and I are moving to Houston for work and school. We signed a lease in September and are wanting to be out this month and allow someone to move here at the end of december or first of January. We are the first to occupy this apartment due to the fact that the apartment complex is brand new! Escondido Apartments is tucked into the back of Elm Park off of Milwaukee and 34th. Our apartment is next to a sod farm which makes for an extremely peaceful living. In the mornings you can hear the roosters off in the distance. The floor plan we have is a one level building so we only have a neighbor on the west and east side. No one is above us. We have granite counters in the kitchen and bathroom, wood floors, lots of windows, and electric fireplace with 5 fire settings as well as 2 heat settings, ceiling fans, 9ft ceilings, and a backyard! Their is a private park for ELM PARK residents only. It is 40 acres and they are still adding to it. There is a huge dog park that we take our lab to on a regular basis. There are always a lot of people and dogs. All friendly too! You will also see some construction throughout the park as they are installing new ponds and walkways. Please feel free to email, txt, or call. Also, the instructions may not be accurate on a GPS due to the fact that Escondido was built within the last 6 months. Just north of Milwaukee and 34th is a big sign that says ELM PARK. Turn into that and drive all the way to the back and you'll see Escondido Apartments.
