It's pretty good, as far street parking goes, because only local permit holders can park after 6pm or for longer than 2 hours, so, it keeps people from leaving cars parked all day and all the adjacent buildings have parking, so mainly people in our building get spaces easily. We require full credit/personal background check at cost of $30, to be reimbursed if application is approved. The deposit is $1595 the rent is $1595 per month, with 6'month lease.
