This house is awesome. You can walk two blocks and you are at the beach, or you can walk two blocks and you are at the lagoon. In the last 5 years this house has had a new roof, siding, hot water heater, it has a brand new AC unit. It feels a lot bigger because of all of the outdoor living space too. You have a big covered porch on the front, a sun deck on the back, plus a patio downstairs for grilling out. If that isn't enough there is a fire pit and hot tub... this house has it all. And there is tons of storage. The square footage listed includes the laundry room and storage room down stairs that are not currently heated and cooled. But they are very usable space. There is also a big shed that can hold your kayaks and beach toys, and the covered parking is a big plus. I can tell you it won't last long at this price. I have an offer on another house to it's time let this one go.
