This single story home has over 1900 sq. ft. of modern living space. There are two master bedroom suites and two and a half baths. There is an added den for more entertaining space. Utilize the fully equipped gourmet kitchen to make some delicious home cooked meals. View the clear blue sky and mountains while you sip your morning coffee at the spacious granite counter with two stools. Entertain in the formal dining area with spacious seating for 6 guests. Lounge in the bright and beautifully decorated living room with a gas fireplace for those cooler months and a large screen TV. We're sure you'll make great use of the outdoor covered patio with cushioned rockers where you can enjoy a glass of wine and cook on the outdoor grill. Step out the backyard gate of the large secluded yard on to the lush landscaped Arroyos greenbelt and walkways. One month minimum for JAN-FEB-MAR. A security deposit of $500 or more will be collected for summer stays with a length of 21 days or more during the months of April - October. Depending on the website you use to book your stay, you may need to provide a credit card directly to our office for the deposit if it applies. During the months of April - October our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $100 per month. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates for summer stays to be lower.
