You will see paperwork in a clear box at the end of the driveway with our process which will answer your questions about who qualifies. Living at this property is dependent of what you make of it. We are never opposed to placing a fenced area (with permissions and our knowledge of course) or even the consideration of an outdoor building or other lifestyle choices. The historic grain shed on the property is not available to renters unfortunately. That said, it's the only property that we know of that your kids can play safely outdoors, camp outside, walk a creek (we own the east half of Stoney Run creek along our property), hunt arrowheads, grow a 3 acre garden, hang your laundry outside and more.
