Although we understand that life can change, we are looking for long-term tenants. The house is easy-care, with all tile and laminate flooring, and no carpeting. So it can easily be damp-mopped throughout. The front yard requires very little upkeep, with gravel and drought-resistant plants on irrigation. The back yard is very private, with vegetation and fruit trees, all on an irrigation system. The house has a split-bedroom floor plan. It has excellent evaporative cooling, much less expensive to operate than refrigeration. It also has window-mounted refrigeration units in the two largest bedrooms, at opposite sides of the house. Prior tenants have found that the cooling keeps the house comfortable even during the monsoon season. We would prefer no pets, but might consider one small dog with an increased security/damage deposit. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. There is a large nearby park with a public swimming pool, and lots of room to walk or picnic. The neighborhood elementary school is also within easy walking distance. Although the house is in a quiet residential area, everything you could want in terms of groceries, restaurants and retail stores is available within less than a mile.
