Option to rent an additional uncovered parking space but there is a wait list. Small playground in the complex. Walking /bike path around the complex. Walking distance to the clubhouse, pool and park across the street. Access to 2 gyms and 2 pools and 1 clubhouse. Vineyard has a great walking trail system and several parks and playgrounds w/ soccer fields, tennis, Pickleball, and basketball courts. 5 minute walk from the brand new Trailside Elementary school and Freedom Preparatory Academy. Walking distance to main city park and large splash pad. 3 minute drive to restaurants and Megaplex movie theatre. More businesses opening soon. UVU campus extension coming soon.
