Speebidah is located approximately one hour from the Seattle area. This is a privately owned community with approximately 100+ homesites and most of these Homeowners are only at their beach properties 3 months out of the year. There are a few who live there permanently. This is a lovely place in Snohomish County with Puget Sound Views. It has great access to the Puget Sound and you can enjoy crabbing, boating, and fishing. Beautiful sunsets, beaches and an amazing 4th of July celebration.
