This is a loft-style 2BR/2BA condo. Each bedroom has walk-in closets and a private full bathroom with oversized tubs. The available bedroom is the master bedroom located on the main floor. Also located on the main floor is the kitchen, living area, wood-burning fireplace, laundry, and dining area. My bedroom will be located on the second floor which has the additional bathroom and a small loft. Everything in the condo will be furnished aside from your bedroom. The pictures do not show this, as I have not moved in yet... A quick snippet about myself; I am a 25yr old male young professional. I am in the IT field and work in the DTC. I do enjoy having a few drinks and going out occasionally, but for the most part, I like to keep things quiet and relaxed around the house. I hope to find someone with a similar lifestyle. This is a 12 month lease. A background and credit check will be required by the property manager.
