Your studio is an elevated home on a waterway that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. The utilities and high speed internet are included, as is use of the washer & dryer. Cable is through a Roku TV Stick which has many free movies. The only shared space is the foyer where the main entrance is located. Margarita and I use the rear entrance most often, so you may not even see us at all. You have a private door to your room with private bath and kitchenette. You are welcomed to swim in the canal or fish off the dock. There is no lease, but there is a Rental Agreement. We have a Walmart and Wynn Dixie nearby, as well as Sam's Beach Bar and Skinny's Nightclub. There are also casual restaurants such as Off The Hook and Inn On The Gulf. About us: Both Margarita I are quiet and organized and have fulltime jobs, but you may still find us loitering about the property on our off days and evenings. We have 3 lap dogs inside and 3 cats outside which are well trained and no trouble at all. No more pets allowed please, and smoking ONLY outdoors. We have a roomie in the downstairs studio who is also quiet and organized.
