The house is directly on Lefthand Creek with a dedicated bridge. We are only 6 miles up the canyon (sunny side of canyon) so it's 15-20 minutes to Boulder at only 7K feet. The house has a new roof, new windows and doors, and a new radiant floor heating. Water softener system. It's in great shape. Living room has a great fireplace with a excellent stove/blower for the winter. This is not a drafty cabin. The house was remodeled in 2019.
Currently it is furnished so we are open to ideas here.
Has a washer/dryer which both work great. Fridge is newer. New induction oven/stove. Microwave. Water dispenser to get water from Ward.

We are looking for someone who currently lives in the mountains and knows how to manage this lifestyle as it's not for everyone. You know the drill, shoveling snow, chopping wood, has 4 wheel drive vehicle. We shovel our own snow so that means you will be responsible for this task.
Looking for a 6 month tenant from November-April or potentially May.
You pay electric. Get your own wood.
We pay gas, internet and trash. DSL and is very good internet.
Water is on a well which is free.
Septic is our responsibility. Chimney cleaning as well.
