There is a second desk in one of the bedrooms. The patio area is fenced and ideal for a dog. It has everything you need for a long-term stay: pots, pans, appliances, linens. Heat/cooling are mini-split units. There is a garage but it's full of my stuff so not able to be used by renters, unfortunately. Located in Flamingo Heights, just a few blocks from La Copine. Very quiet area with a dark sky. The stargazing is astonishing. It's occupied until March 3 so will be available then for viewing. If you don't care about that, it's on Airbnb and has a 4.97-star rating. I'm happy to send a link for reviews. This is a mid-term lease and sublet. I will be living in NY state until 2027 and this is my home. I'm looking for subletters, not permanent renters. Utilities (electric, gas, Starlink Internet, water, sewer, garbage, landscaping) are included with a monthly $380 fee. If you use the hot tub, the cleaner is $180/month. If you don't want to pay for that I'll have the spa emptied and set to storage mode. I am happy to allow one dog with good references and an additional $500 refundable deposit.
