There are two bedrooms. One is larger and can easily fit a king size bed. Measures 10x14'. The second bedroom is smaller but can fit a queen size bed, it measures at 9x10'. One bathroom but it is very large and beautifully renovated as well. Please look at pictures, they show accurately. There is a MASSIVE wood burning fireplace in the living room that acts as an amazing statement piece and warmth to the space. Free firewood included! There is also a beautiful exposed brick in the living room as well. This apartment has a stackable in unit washer and dryer, these are full size of course. There is no parking available but street parking is permit and plentiful. However, being so close to public transportation (both the bus and trains), it's VERY easy to get around without a car. Did I mention, trader Joes is across the street? There is one large private patio with a wood burning grill and plenty of chopped wood. There is an additional patio you can use as well with seating and such. The owner has offered to remove any items you may not want on the patio. Be aware that this unit is the top floor of a building that has a wine bar (open from 4P-2A) in the basement with a patio that is open in the summer time (4p-10p). There is an office between you and the bar, which is awesome because it really means you're the only full time tenant in the 3 unit building. The entrance to the unit is, what I would consider, the only downside of this gorgeous place... the entrance is located in front of the building like normal but in the summer months they open the patio from 4p-10p and you'd have to walk through to get to the door. Its not as bad as it sounds but I really just want everyone who is interested to be aware. However, the unit is seriously very quiet inside and the bar does NOT play live or loud music. Looking to rent to qualified individuals only. Roommates are okay but be aware that one bedroom is a bit smaller. No businesses please. The unit is very nice and although in a loud central location it is very quiet inside. Security deposit or one time fee may be requested from prospective tenants, others with great income or credit may have it waived per owners request. You will be asked for proof of income and credit when applying. No application fee of course. Pets are okay, dogs and cats. Move in fee in lieu of security deposit. Owner pays water, sewer, garbage. Monthly parking available everywhere.
