Condominium Utilities: The renter/tenant is responsible for all gas and electric charges. Pets: Pets are permitted. Rent Due at Signing: The first and last months' rent are due upon signing of the lease. Parking: The condominium association permits two vehicles to be registered to the unit: one vehicle in the deeded assigned parking space and a second vehicle in a non-numbered resident parking space. First spot is a one time fee non refundable of $200, 2nd spot is $100. Visitor parking spaces may not be used as a third resident parking space or for long-term or regular resident parking. Street parking is also available directly across the street from the condominium. While street parking is not the same as an assigned resident parking space and availability may vary, it provides an additional parking option in the immediate vicinity of the property.
