Our Victorian is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood of downtown San Jose only 2 blocks from San Jose State University (SJSU), and we're an easy walk to all the jobs, clubs, restaurants and public transit (VTA light rail and bus) downtown. We also have easy access to freeways 280, 87 and 101. Our spacious house has been meticulously restored over the last 10 years and is in excellent condition. The living room has a beautiful cast iron wood burning stove that's powerful enough to heat the whole house in the winter. And the upstairs sun porch has a gas pot belly fireplace. The master bath has a modern glass shower enclosure alongside the vintage clawfoot tub. The downstairs bath has another clawfoot tub and ceramic tiles. This is not your typical 100+ year old house - there are no rough edges and everything works perfectly. The furnace and A/C, all plumbing and electric, roof, paint, etc. have all been done within the past few years. All the windows work great, and the bedrooms have been insulated and soundproofed.
