READ CAREFULLY AS THIS IS A UNIQUE SITUATION that may be a fit for some, but not all. We are considering temporarily (from early April through July 7) renting the majority of a fully furnished home during an extended business trip. Here is the potential deal-breaker: the drastically reduced rate is based on the tenant being willing and capable of taking care of the family dog (friendly, lovable labrador retriever) during our absence (and all that entails including walking, feeding, cleaning up after him). The home is large, but only 3 bedrooms will be made available (the others closed off but no other tenants so this will be an private arrangement). Also 2 bathrooms will be available, kitchen, living room, basement game room, theater room, and sprawling yard. $500 monthly utility will cover all utilities (AC, water, internet, gas, trash, etc.) and weekly yard maintenance service so no need to sign up for new utility service as we'll handle. 5 minutes away from Costco, Walmart and tons of great restaurants. If you're looking for a temporary situation to while seeking a more permanent one this may work for you.
