The bedroom available downstairs is unfurnished, but several desks can be provided if helpful. There is one bathroom on each level. Finally, there is a large laundry room with washer and dryer combo. Outside - includes private outdoor deck, backyard, hot tub, and fire pit. Minimum lease duration of one month, with preference for longer lease durations. Minimum 1 month. Preference for longer duration lease. Discounts may be offered for longer term. Utilities will be charged on a monthly basis, based on usage. We can also agree on a flat fee for utilities if you desire. Typically, utilities run $200-250ish a month.
