The deposit is due upon signing lease agreement. Renters are responsible for all utilities, trash service and maintaining lawn. This lease will be a year. Fees will be applied if lease is terminated early. No SMOKERS inside or outside of property. Doing so will result in termination early without deposit and any cleaning fees. NO PETS inside or out! Any pets found in or outside will result in termination of lease and no deposit. We expect grass mowed and flower beds weeded. If the renter is found not to be taking care of our property at any point in time the lease will be broken and no deposit given. This is a single family home. No outside persons can move without permission from us. Doing so will result in a broken lease and no refund on deposit.
