Hello, This property, Southern Sunset, is a vacation rental property located on Cudjoe Key, halfway between Marathon and Key West, the best part of the Keys. This property is a lot and a half, located at the end of the shortest canal on the West side of Cudjoe Key. We have excellent privacy with a 6-ft fence on both sides of the property with beautiful large tropical trees and landscaping all around. Upstairs our kitchen is equipped with pretty much anything you could want. A 14-cup coffee maker and a Keurig as well. Service for up to 20 people. We have an above ground 12 x 20 x 4 ft deep pool. We are not real estate investors. We purchased this house for our large family, and we are happy to share it with you at a fair price. We are set up for fishermen and divers with a full-size bait freezer and ICE MACHINE, and two docks. A 40-ft dock behind the house, and a dock in front of the Tiki Hut. The Tiki Hut dock will accommodate a 24 ft boat. We furnish pin fish traps and a bait motel if you need it. We require a two-week minimum stay. When you and I set the rental dates, I will email an invoice to you describing the dates, charges, deposits, and cleaning fee. Depending on how far in advance we are, there may be a deposit of around 10% required to hold the dates. The full payment will be due approximately two to three months in advance, depending on the time of year. There is no refund on the deposit. Keep in mind, a property of this caliber is usually booked far in advance. It is very unlikely that it will rent after only a couple of months' notice of cancelation. In other words, if you canceled two months before your dates, we probably would not get to rent for those dates for that year. If you have any questions, please call or email.
