This desert oasis also has a natural grass patch for yoga or lounging, small lemon tree, private atrium and cacti garden. The back area also includes a heated swimming pool and spa, 6 burner bbq propane grill, patio furniture and fire pit. The 3 bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house allowing for maximum privacy and quiet. The rooms boast full sized memory foam beds that can fit two people each, full closets, full length mirrors, dressers and side lamps. Each bathroom comes with a bidet and the main bathroom has a linen closet with available towels, linens and washcloths. There are 3 additional sleeping spaces, Living Room couch, Chaise day bed with room divider and an air mattress. Extra linens are provided. The garage hosts the washer and dryer as well as an additional entrance to the private courtyard. The house also has a hot tub/spa and heated pool. If requested it is available for unlimited use and is $250/month for the spa and $300/ month for both the pool and spa combo. There is a pet fee of $250/month for pets. The house is also perfect for Coachella, Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and Palm Springs Film Festival. Renter pays utilities, first and last month's rent due at signing. No pets, No loud noises after 10pm (City Ordinance). Renter responsible for property damage.
