We have a fully furnished private room available in a great West Jordan neighborhood. This room is available as of December 1st and we are looking for a responsible adult that is both courteous and respectful and also understands the shared living arrangement code of conduct. The optimal housemate would agree that good communication skills and a mutual respect for the other roommates is a must. This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The common areas include a large kitchen, dining area, living room, basic workout room, patio, walk thru breezeway and a basketball hoop. The home comes fully furnished and includes High Speed Internet, WiFi, off street parking for one car and private washer/dryer in the home. The room has new paint, trim, blinds & fixtures and is currently fully furnished including bedroom set and dresser. Feel free to bring any of your own personal bedroom furnishings if desired. We will remove and store any bedroom items that are not needed during occupancy. The monthly rent for the room is $600/mo + shared utilities cost of $50 per month for each roommate (at current usage levels) for a total cost of $650/mo. Monthly lease payment is due on the 1st of each month and will be prorated for any partial months if applicable. ( Dec 2025 is Free ) The optimal roommate will be willing to sign a 6 - 12 month lease with first right of refusal for renewal with no additional rent increase. There are no fees charged for the initial "pre-screening" or to submit the rental application. Once accepted and all parties agree to proceed with an offer to lease the available property and amenities, we will run a credit check, background check, verify employment history (1 year min) along with personal references listed on the app. The credit/background check fee is $35.00 although this cost is not due until the pre-screening process has been completed and an offer to lease the rental unit has been presented and agreed upon by all parties. Security Deposit of $500 is due at move-in. $600 per month + Shared Utilities - $50 per month (at the current useage level) 6 month signed lease required (option to renew at the same monthly rate) Employment Verification, Reference's, Credit and Background Check is required.
