Just a short 3-minute drive to the beach or 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where you will find many points of interest. The expansive deck offers a comfortable place to relax and take in the incredible view and fresh smell of the Pacific Ocean, along with a good book and glass of wine. Maximum occupancy is for one person, minimum of 27 years old. Non-smoking unit. No pets ever allowed in the unit. All leases are prepaid for entire term. Parking for one small vehicle (no trucks) is reserved next to the unit. If lease terms are broken, there is no refund of security deposit. A one time exit cleaning deposit of $175 will be charged up front, for the unit to be cleaned after your check out date. If cleaning charges exceed the deposited amount, such as if carpet cleaning is needed for stains, the additional costs will be guest responsibility and billed to the guest. A photo ID is required upon signing of lease, as well as a rental agreement with terms of lease.
