This is a very nice community, friendly neighbors and very well managed. There are family parks and cookout areas. The club house, is very well kept, workout facility, party room, Olympic size pool, Easy access to freeways and shopping. I just took recent photos 1/22/2015 and posted them, the price is low so it will sell fast, the unit is in great shape which you can see by the recent photo's. I have no markup in the price, enough to pay off loan and split closing cost. My job has moved me and I need to sell. Master Bedroom is very large with double closets, upstairs bath is between both bedrooms, door to each bedroom from bathroom. Second bedroom has nice closet with storage and shelves.
