(!) these are the -Home- details; nice-covered-car-port-with-vines-growing, sky-light where swamp cooler was and a real-modern-AC with remote-control, covered patio(92in x 158in), some-fenced-in-back-yard-(pets-OK), metal-tool-shed(60in x 83in), patio-room-enclosure(92in x 93in), large-clean-painted-concrete-slab-partially-covered(100in x 256in), a 3rd room could be used as home-office or bedroom, furniture can stay with the home...
