It is centrally located and a block from the bike path that leads to Narragansett Beach, downtown Wakefield, and the South Kingstown train station. The first floor has two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a full bathroom. The second floor has one large bedroom, a 3/4 bathroom and a study. The house has a full basement that is not included in the square footage with a new washer and dryer. We are willing to consider a medium to small dog, but might require a larger deposit. Tenant is responsible for utilities and yard. It is possible that the start date might be somewhat earlier or later, depending on the current tenants.
