The owner lives in the main house on the property. Clothes washer and dryer are in the garage. There is also a second building you can rent if you have family or friends to visit you it can sleep three people it rents for $100/night/person. Owner pays for all utilities (water, power (limit AC usage), trash, internet, gardener). If the tenants wanted cable TV (Netfex etc) that is an additional cost arranged and paid by tenant. A second building is also available to rent if you have family or friends in town. There is a pet fee of $10/day should you have a pet.
