This 2021 built home features modern touches in a rustic setting. Downtown Asheville is just a 22 minute drive. Renter is responsible for all utilities (electric, internet, cable). Renter is responsible for grass cutting. Pets are allowed, although a refundable pet deposit is required ($500 per pet). First month's rent and security deposit are required prior to move-in. There is no trash pick-up. We do not have a mailbox. To receive mail you will need to set up a PO box.
