Spend a lovely summer on the Cape in my furnished 2 bedroom home. Its a lovely property on a quiet street. Perfect for a couple or small family, including a pet. The beacch is a 10 min drive away. The fee for 3 months is $7500. If you pay it all upfront, we can deduct 10%. You must have a few good references. A pet is welcome! In addition to a large fenced in back yard off a large deck, there is the lovely Coonamessett Preserve that is a 5 min walk away. East Falmouth is a 7-10 minute car ride to downtown Falmouth, which features an unbelievable French bakery, and several wonderful shops and restaurants. Falmouth is an excellent town to spend your summer in! AFFORDABLE SUMMER ON THE CAPE! The lease is for 90 days, May 10 to Aug 10. The rent per month is $2500. One payment for the entire 3 months will reduce the monthly rent by 10%. As I am looking at a short-term rental, a good credit score is not as important as good references and an upfront payment. Please - no smoking in the house. There is a beautiful and sizable deck right outside the kitchen door. No real responsibilities other than to put the garbage out on the curb on Thursdays. Recycling is every other Thursday.
