Tenant doesn't need to worry about mowing the lawn we do all that and we also shovel the snow.. it's a very good place with hardwood floors 3 good size bedrooms 2 full bathrooms... living room and dining room have hardwood floors.. kitchen has tile.... And we can negotiate about washer and dryer. WE DON'T ACCEPT SECTION 8 Tenant is responsible for heat and electricity And we also need reference from past 2 landlords or at least most recent one that is required. We also have to do a background check.
