A family and work from home friendly house in East Boulder. This is our primary home. We love to share it while we are traveling for extended periods of time. This neighborhood is secluded and out of the fray of downtown. We love the location for the trailhead access, neighborhood HOA pool/hot tub and tons of playgrounds within walking distance. The cost includes wifi, HVAC, HOA fees and water. We don't rent for more than 30 days.
