Includes use of summer bunk house for guests (has electric, wifi reaches, TV and a fridge, sleeps 5, will add interior photos soon). Monthly rent includes heat, internet and curbside trash pickup. We will pay the road dues and to have the 2800 max pound boat lift and dock put in/out annually. You pay electric and plowing/mowing. We do have a push mower and grill available to use, as well as 3 kayaks. Rent is $2200/month with 1 year lease. First month and security due to move in. Message me if interested!
