This is a 3 bedroom fully furnished home with queen beds in each room. The basement is unfinished but has some couches and a poker table. The washer and dryer is in the basement. The home has oil heat and there are AC units in the bedrooms and 1 in the living room. The kitchen has a new refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher. WiFi is included as well as rubbish removal and recycling. The house is a 17 minute drive to URI campus and 100 yards from the Narrow river. We are a 7 minute drive to Narragansett beach. It is a quite neighborhood. There is a large deck that has a table with 6 chairs. This is for a academic year rental. Starting Sept 7th and ending the Sunday after exams in May. The rent is for the full house which is the 3 bedrooms. $800 per bedroom per renter. The rent includes, WiFi, water/sewer, and garbage/recycling removal. Tenants are still responsible for electric and Oil heat. Tenant is responsible for snow removal. The driveway will hold 3 cars and there is on street parking but not recommended as it is a corner property.
