We also keep all utilities (electric, water, garbage and internet) in the landlord's name and back charge on those monthly. PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional $100 per month in rent for each permanent occupant over six people (if occupant is over the age of 16).
Pets are allowed with a $500 nonrefundable pet deposit. Proof of county registration for each pet required.
