It's a great home for first time buyers. The neighborhood is the quietest of all the courts in this complex. We've raised 2 kids in this house and have recently undergone remodeling. We changed the entire roof in 2016. we just finished redoing the main bathroom. The downstairs half bath was remodeled in 2018. We replaced the water heater in 2015 and replaced the dryer in 2016. The living room is carpeted and the rest of the downstairs is tiles. The upstairs is laminate and the upstairs bathroom is all new tiles.
