I rent two furnished bedrooms in the home that I live in. I have two guest bathrooms, one per room but there is only one shower, so it is shared. My home is located in the Orcutt area, on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to 101 freeway access and highway 135 that leads to Lompoc. It's a nice area for walking and has shopping and restaurants close by. I have a 10 year old shepherd mix dog who is very loveable. I have a separate refrigerator, freezer and pantry area for tenants. Shared kitchen and laundry in home. Driveway parking. I prefer a minimum of 3 months up to 1 year tenants but an open to discuss other options. Utilities and Internet are included in rental price. No smoking or pets please. No guests past 10 PM, and no overnight guests please.
